Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound customer service calls

    efficiently and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience:

    6 months in a

    Call Center / Customer Service

    role (Inbound process preferred).
  • Languages:

    Fluency in

    Hindi and English

    is mandatory.
  • Education:

    Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
  • Gender:

    Woman
  • Location : Chennai
