Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, facilitating client services, and maintaining accurate data records.

Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure client information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Typing skills should be proficient for effective documentation of customer interactions.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
