We are a boutique Overseas Education Consultancy in Mumbai, helping students fulfill their dream of studying abroad in countries like the UK, Ireland, Australia, the US, and Germany. Our services include admissions, visas, accommodation, and complete end-to-end support.

Role Overview

We are seeking a female Customer Support Executive to manage student queries and provide exceptional service throughout their education journey with us. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and a passion for guiding students.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and queries from students and parents.
• Provide accurate information, guidance, and support throughout the admission and visa process.
• Maintain strong relationships with students to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with universities, partners, and associates to ensure smooth communication and documentation.
• Update student information and track progress using CRM software.
• Stay updated on admission guidelines, visa rules, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer support, tele-calling, or counselling roles.
• Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi (local languages are a plus).
• Confident, empathetic, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about education and guiding students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
