We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our call center team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English , with prior experience handling inbound service-based calls . Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer service calls efficiently and professionally. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required. Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and empathetic communication. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Experience: 6 months in a Call Center / Customer Service role (Inbound process preferred). Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
