Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, warranties, and return policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, service, and R&D) for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and case closure.
• Manage order tracking, replacements, and refund-related queries.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments promptly.
• Prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction and support metrics.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and logistics preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or service role preferred.
• Female candidates only.
