📌 Job Description — Customer Support Executive Company: Essencea Infoserv Client: Porter 🌟 ⭐ PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME ⭐ Responsibilities: Conduct audits to check if anyone is promoting the Porter brand online/offline. Manage customer support interactions and resolve queries. Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation. Communicate effectively in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Requirements: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream). Laptop and Wi-Fi router connection is mandatory. Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Basic computer knowledge. Age criteria 18 to 31 only Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 to ₹13,000 PF & ESI available. 1-week paid training (salary will be paid after certification). Sunday fixed week off.
