Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Elixir Wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the healthcare industry, and we seek individuals who are passionate about health and wellness. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Address customer concerns or issues related to our healthcare services or products with empathy and patience. Maintain a deep understanding of Elixir Wellness services to assist customers effectively. Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Handle feedback, complaints, and service requests in a positive manner, ensuring customers feel heard and valued. Keeping a track on package clients. Reminder calls to be given for the next appointment. Update customer records in the CRM system and ensure accuracy of information. Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience and streamline support operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office, Excel and customer support software (CRM systems). Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of healthcare products or services. Experience using customer support platforms or helpdesk software. Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of queries.
