Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive tone. Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams. Collect customer feedback and reviews to improve service quality. Suggest improvements to enhance the support process. Maintain company standards in all customer interactions. Requirements: Bachelor s degree any stream. 1 year of customer support or related experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
