Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through various communication channels (email, chat, calls, or ticketing systems).

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or calls.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the support ticketing system

· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.

· Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

· Provide product / service – related information and assist with on-boarding or usage guidance.

· Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Technical) to address customer needs.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
