Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

to be the first point of contact for students and parents interacting with Edcom. This role is focused on assistance, clarity, and coordination not sales.

You will help students with enquiries, guide them through processes, and ensure a smooth experience across their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, messages, and emails from students and parents
Respond to enquiries related to counselling, applications, and process timelines
Coordinate with admissions counsellors and operations teams for follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
Provide clear, polite, and timely updates to students
Escalate issues when required and ensure resolution

Who Were Looking For

Strong communication skills in
English
(Malayalam required)
Patient, empathetic, and student-centric attitude
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
