Customer Support Executive

Your responsibilities will include: - Addressing and resolving academic-related queries from students and customers professionally and efficiently. - Providing personalized mentoring and guidance to help students excel in their studies. - Engaging with students on social media, responding to queries, and fostering a supportive learning community. - Managing general inquiries and administrative tasks related to student support. - Coordinating with faculty and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of student concerns. - Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and feedback to enhance services. - Assisting in creating FAQs and knowledge base articles to streamline support. - Proactively reaching out to students for follow-ups and ensuring they are on the right learning track. Key requirements for this role are: - 1+ years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or a similar role. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a student-first mindset. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Empathetic and patient approach to dealing with student concerns. - Familiarity with CRM tools, chat support, and social media engagement is a plus. - Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' academic journeys. Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhopal (M.P) with a salary of up to 20k.
