Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry Management

    : Review and promptly respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Customer Engagement & Alignment

    : Engage with customers to understand their needs and align them with suitable courses and instructors.
  • Facilitation & Coordination

    : Facilitate teacher interaction and coordination, ensuring a seamless learning experience for customers.
  • Registration & Booking Support

    : Assist customers throughout the registration process, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
  • Satisfaction & Renewals

    : Maintain ongoing communication with customers to assess their satisfaction and facilitate renewals.

Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, collaborate with the management team, and successfully close bookings.
  • Prior experience in online education, especially in creative and performing arts, is a valuable asset.
