As a Customer Support Executive at SANATANA SOFTECH, located in Magadi Road, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling queries, providing solutions, and resolving issues through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities: - Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently. - Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and any necessary follow-up actions. - Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department for quick resolution. - Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. - Adhere to performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer feedback. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline. - Proficient in English and regional languages with a preference for Kannada. - Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools. - Freshers are encouraged to apply, and prior customer service experience is a plus.
