Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Initial point of contact for retail

    customer communications

  2. Liaise between retail

    customers and service delivery team

  3. Understand our retail business SOW

  4. Have a high-level technical knowledge of our regulatory compliance work

  5. Ensure every

    customer communication thread is closed on a timely manner

  6. Have a thorough understanding of the

    customer queries and relay it to relevant stakeholders

  7. Always ensure the highest level of

    customer satisfaction.

  8. Could relay our position on any query elegantly to

    customers

  9. Willing to work in US shift is a MUST

  10. Good in written and oral communication ( need to handle US client call, mail and chat)

  11. Basic skills in MS office (Word, Excel and PPT)
