Position- Customer Support Executive.

Role Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week, 10:am-06:30pm
Salary: As per company norms (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp Business.
* Deliver accurate, professional, and empathetic support to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Record and manage customer interactions.
* Use Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting customer service data.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills:
* Excellent Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (must).
* Excel Proficiency: Ability to manage and analyze customer issues.
* Fresher/Experience in customer support / call or chat process preferred.
* Professional, calm, and problem-solving approach.
* Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Degree preferred).
* Familiarity with WhatsApp Business.
Preferred Skills:
* Hands-on experience in call, chat, and email support.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
