Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate call and interaction records

Shift & Working Days:

  • Male: Rotational shift
  • Female: Fixed day shift (7 AM – 8 PM)
  • Working Days: 5 days a week (rotational offs)

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Good problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
