Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Support Executive to manage client calls, provide support for sales activities, handle client onboarding activities, and handle day-to-day work-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing calls and respond to client queries promptly. Provide support to the sales team in handling client requirements. Maintain records, reports, and daily activity updates. Understand client needs and coordinate schedules accordingly Assist in day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with internal teams for task follow-ups and completion. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Requirements: Graduate or Undergraduate from any stream. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support / Office Support / Customer Handling). Good verbal and written communication skills (Speak Good English). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email drafting preferred).
