Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats, and respond to emails.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns/exchanges, and post-purchase support. - Collaborate with logistics, operations, and tech teams to resolve issues. - Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM tools. - Identify recurring issues to help improve processes.
What We are Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer support experience in e-commerce (calls & emails).
- Strong verbal and written communication in English. - Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. - Ideally, a dedicated workspace and a strong support system at home.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with e-commerce processes (orders, returns, shipping).
- Strong rapport-building and empathy-driven communication.
