About the Role:

Were looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience at every touchpoint. In this role, you will be the voice of our customersensuring their journey with our products/services is seamless, engaging, and value-driven. From onboarding to retention, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships, resolving concerns proactively, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, minimizing friction.
  • Communicate product updates, best practices, and personalized recommendations.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives that improve the overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years

    of experienced graduate from any discipline (with strong communication skills).
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Should be smart to handle complicated queries by customers.
