Job Description


Handle inbound other communication channels promptly and courteously Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Develop a deep understanding of clients products, services, processes to provide accurate information and support Handle complaints and objections effectively; should try to resolve without escalation Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions , transactions and resolutions in the CRM system Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. Identify sales opportunities basis the customers requirements and asking lifestyle questions Pitch for sales on all calls and upsell a product with customer agreement.

Be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, including working in shifts and handling diverse customer queries Should have excellent communication skills in English Preferably possess knowledge of telecom process with upselling experience Data entry skills Analyzing information
