Job Description

Understanding the products and services provided by the company.

 Supporting the customer through an emails and phone calls.

 Resolving customer complaints and queries.

 Providing detailed information to customers.

 Maintaining records of phone call for future reference.

 Knowledge of Pre-Shipment & Post Shipment documentation.

 Candidate should be well versed with all aspects of Import/Export Documentation

procedures including Proforma Invoice, Packing list, Cert of origin

 Having exposure in MS office, (Excel & word)

 Good communication skill via email and phone etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
