Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Development:

Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with potential clients and partners.
Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to explore business opportunities.

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve monthly or quarterly appointment and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Prepare strategically for client calls and meetings; provide detailed feedback on outcomes.

Client Engagement & Support:

Attend marketing and sales events to increase client engagement and attendance.
Ensure high-quality customer interactions to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Assist PR, marketing, and sales teams to enhance brand awareness and support campaigns.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in the CRM system.
Consistently utilize CRM activities to track communications and progress.
Report on KPIs and provide insights for process improvements.

Independent Organization & Task Management:

Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate tech-savviness with databases, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools.

Core Competencies / Requirements:

01 year of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
Fluent in Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to small and large groups.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with internal and external partners.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and databases.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
