Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Surat. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide online and technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires close communication with the product and sales teams to address and solve customer concerns efficiently.
