  • Job Description What Youll Do:
  • Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone to understand and resolve their concerns
  • Deliver effective and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Gather and share customer feedback to help improve our overall service experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve queries efficiently
  • Requirements:-
  • Any graduate with 0–2 years of experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
