Role & responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    Answering phones, managing emails and mail, filing, and maintaining organized records and databases.
  • Calendar & Schedule Management:

    Organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other important events.
  • Travel & Event Planning:

    Booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, as well as organizing internal and external events.
  • Communication:

    Acting as a liaison between the employer, staff, clients, and other stakeholders, and preparing correspondence.
  • Document Preparation:

    Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Personal Assistance:

    Running errands, managing household tasks, and handling personal shopping or appointments as needed.
  • Financial Management:

    Overseeing financial transactions, scheduling payments, and tracking expenses and invoices.
