We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator and problem solver, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and social media
  • Providing technical support to customers and resolving any issues they may have
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer support or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and challenging situations
  • Experience with customer support software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
