About The Role:

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibility:

Provide timely and professional support via
phone, email, and live chat
.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical/product-related issues with efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the
CRM system
.
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to company policies and following up on pending issues.
Share product/service information with customers clearly and effectively.
Continuously suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual/team performance metrics (response time, resolution, CSAT).

Required Skiils & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application
(mandatory).
6 months to 1 year of experience
in customer support or a related field.
Excellent
verbal & written communication skills
.
Strong
problem-solving
and troubleshooting ability.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment
.
Strong
attention to detail
and organizational skills.
Empathy, patience, and a professional customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in
CRM systems & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
