Customer Support Engineer

As a Support Technician in the Kolkata, West Bengal location, your main role will involve repairing printers and copiers such as A3/A4 Colour and mono, DMP, LMP Printers. You are expected to have a preferred knowledge of Kyocera and Multi brand A3/A4 Colour and mono Printers. With over 5 years of experience in this field, you should possess good knowledge of Outlook and MS Excel. Your responsibilities will also include remote installation and troubleshooting at both desktop and printer levels. Additionally, you will be required to monitor calls at a State level, involving reporting and reviewing with customers. As a part of your role, you will act as a Team Leader, providing support to your team. You will also be involved in Service Partner Management which includes adding new partners, reviewing their performance, and providing technical support. Flexibility to travel across allocated areas as needed is a must for this position.
