Our primary offerings include bearings, oil seals, belts, pulleys, chains, sprockets, switchgear (LV, MV, and HT), motors, and heavy-duty industrial gearboxes. 🚀 We’re Hiring — Customer Support Engineer (CSE)

📍 Locations: Singrauli (M.P.) | Kanpur (U.P.) | Lucknow (U.P.)

🔹 What You’ll Do

As a CSE, you’ll be the trusted technical and commercial link between our organization and customers. Your role will involve:

✨ Developing and nurturing long-term customer relationships

✨ Identifying new business opportunities in your territory

✨ Understanding customer requirements & recommending the right solutions

✨ Supporting tenders, quotations, pricing, and negotiations

✨ Providing pre-sales & post-sales technical support

✨ Conducting presentations, demos, and application-based discussions

✨ Coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

✨ Preparing visit plans, sales reports & performance updates

✨ Driving business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction

🎓 Qualifications (Preferred)

✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial, or related engineering field

✔ 1–4 years of experience in technical sales / service / industrial customer support

industrial products, machinery, rotating equipment, tools, or engineering solutions

MS Office, reporting & documentation

✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

✔ Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
