Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through various channels such as chat, email, and voice calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on international BPO projects with clients from different countries.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles or related fields (BPO industry).
  • Fluent English language proficiency for clear communication with customers.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Voice Processing/Voice Support processes for efficient call handling.
