Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-store support.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, design) to ensure timely resolutions and deliveries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or e-commerce).
• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (CRM tools, MS Office).
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers with patience.
• A team player with a customer-first attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
