Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience. You will work closely with internal teams including sales, logistics, and production to ensure timely and effective customer support. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Provide product information, pricing, order updates, and after-sales support. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and issue resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and client communications. Handle returns, complaints, and special requests with a solution-oriented approach. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with luxury clientele. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in luxury goods or retail. Excellent communication skills in English and [add regional language, e.g., Hindi, Gujarati]. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
