Job Title: Customer Support Associate (US Voice Process)
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Eligibility: 2025 pass-outs can apply (must have 6th semester hall ticket + cleared Sem 15 in one attempt).
Experienced (up to 3 years)
Undergraduates accepted if 1+ year experience.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills (Versant test).
Strong call introduction & closure.
PF history required for experienced candidates.
Flexible for night shifts (US Shifts, 5 PM7 AM IST).
Work from Office Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune candidates only.
Exposure to US Contact Center preferred.
Rotational work week (MonFri / TueSat / Wed–Sun).
Must follow US client holidays.
Provide customer support, record outcomes on tools.
