Role & responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles. Understand and analyze job descriptions and technical requirements. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver the best-fit candidates. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in IT recruitment (minimum 1 year). Strong understanding of various IT technologies and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Angular, Data Analytics, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards. Ability to handle multiple job requirements and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience working in a target-driven environment.
