Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Associate role located in Bhopal. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries through various channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The associate will engage with customers daily, provide timely support, and represent the company in a professional manner. Additionally, the role may involve supporting sales processes and collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and fostering a positive Customer Experience
Strong skills in Sales and the ability to support sales and upselling initiatives
Experience in Training and guiding team members or customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Prior experience in customer-facing roles or relevant industries is preferred
Diploma or degree in a relevant field is an advantage
