We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associates to join our domestic insurance process. The role involves engaging with interested leads, providing appropriate insurance product advice, and ensuring excellent customer experience through professional communication and service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Contact and advise interested leads on suitable insurance products (Outbound LOB).
-Understand customer needs, explain policy features, and recommend appropriate plans.
-Maintain accurate call records and update CRM tools as required.
-Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
-Handle customer queries professionally in both English and Hindi.
-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Required Skill Set
-Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
-Neutral accent with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence).
-Strong grammar and pronunciation.
-Sales mindset and customer-centric attitude.
-Basic computer literacy and ability to handle CRM systems.
