Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bhopal for a Customer Support Associate. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide prompt resolutions, and deliver professional and courteous support. The role involves keeping detailed records of customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining a high-standard customer experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in verbal and written English and Hindi
• Customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to address complaints and provide resolutions
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and manage time effectively
• Friendly attitude, patience, and a customer-focused mindset
• Prior experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
