Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. Day-to-day activities include assisting customers through various communication channels, providing product or service-related information, and offering support in onboarding and training processes to enhance user comprehension and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience to manage and resolve client interactions efficiently
• Experience in Sales and Training to assist with upselling, guidance, and onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling client queries and building positive relationships
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in applicable tools and platforms, and prior experience in EdTech or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
