Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work on international voice processes for US and UK clients during night shifts.
  • Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work with AI-powered tools for efficient processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (freshers can apply).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly over phone calls.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows related to International Voice Processes.

  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers & Clients.

  • 24/7 Rotational Shift and Night Shift
