Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
Work on international voice processes for US and UK clients during night shifts.
Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work with AI-powered tools for efficient processing.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (freshers can apply).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly over phone calls.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows related to International Voice Processes.

Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers & Clients.
