Your Role:

Customer Support Associate


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

Reach out to potential parents from the leads database and explain the benefits of the school’s programs.

Handling Inquiries

Attend to incoming calls and emails, providing comprehensive information about admission procedures, curriculum, fee structure, and school facilities.

Appointment Scheduling

Encourage parents to visit the school by scheduling tours, meetings, and follow-ups. Ensure a seamless experience during the visit.

Data Management

Maintain a detailed record of inquiries, follow-ups, and successful admissions. Track all activities and generate reports as needed.
