Your Role:As the Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the preschool, ensuring that our Children and Educators receive the best possible environment for learning and development. Ensure to maintain high standards in education and operations. Role Requirements:Manage daily operations of the unit.Lead and supervise a team of educators and support staff.Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.Develop and implement curriculum aligned with best practices in early childhood education.Facilitate a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.Communicate regularly with parents and address their concerns.Maintain and oversee administrative records and budgeting.Organize and participate in events and activities whenever required.Proficiency in MS Office and research skills. Qualifications:Bachelor's or master’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (Good to have).Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in pre-primary education.Strong understanding of preschool curriculum and early childhood development.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for early childhood education and child development.
