About the Role:

We are hiring Associate / Sr. Associate professionals to join the contact centre team of a leading airline. The role involves handling customer interactions across voice and email channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution of queries and complaints. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in travel or airline customer service operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Record customer queries and inquiries accurately
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers
  • Identify and report trends in customer calls to the management team


Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of GDS Amadeus is mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in customer service processes (voice/email)
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum education: Graduate (any discipline)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel customer service operations
