Job Description

As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Your main goal will be to provide accurate information about our products, services, and orders, as well as to resolve any issues, complaints, or requests that customers may have. It will be crucial for you to ensure customer satisfaction by following up with them to make sure their issues are fully resolved and collecting feedback. In terms of Vendor Support, you will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and service issues. You will need to work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of services. Additionally, you will be expected to address any concerns vendors may have and promptly resolve any operational issues that may arise. In the area of Collaboration & Reporting, you will play a key role in identifying recurring issues or gaps in our processes and suggesting improvements. Your insights and suggestions will be valuable in helping us enhance our overall customer and vendor support services. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, where you will have the opportunity to interact directly with both customers and vendors to provide exceptional support and service.,
