Customer Support Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Find opportunities to improve customer retention.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend internal training programs to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet individual qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements and skills:

• Previous experience in a customer support role (If applicable)
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Basic Computer skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Fixed Salary (CTC): ₹14,500 – ₹15,500 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹2,500 – ₹3,500 per monthTotal Monthly Earnings Potential: Up to ₹19,000

Day Shift: 07:45 AM – 03:45 PMEvening Shift: 03:45 PM – 11:45 PMNight Shift: 11:45 PM – 07:45 AM
