You will be joining Artarium, an innovative art platform that aims to connect artists and art enthusiasts, fostering creativity, collaboration, and the appreciation of art in all its forms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to potential clients, artists, and partners to introduce Artarium's services. - Provide customer support by addressing queries and offering information about services and events. - Identify and qualify leads for various offerings such as art exhibitions and collaborations. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and provide regular reports on call activity and customer feedback. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related fields. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Passion for the arts and understanding of the art industry. - Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Suite, and other communication platforms. - Goal-oriented with the ability to work under targets and deadlines. - Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and work independently while being a team player.
