Customer Support Associate

Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process
Location: Pune, India

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an international voice process or customer support role
• Minimum 1 year of experience if applying for a blended (voice + non-voice) role

Qualification:

• Undergraduate degree or above

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
• Resolve queries related to billing, technical issues, and service inquiries
• Ensure high-quality customer service through first-call resolution
• Actively listen and provide timely, accurate solutions to customer concerns
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
• Follow escalation procedures and standard operating guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and product/process updates

Skills Required:

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication and comprehension skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team

Salary and Benefits:
