Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Gurgaon. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge.
