Role : Business Development Executive (BDE) Location : Kirti Nagar, New Delhi Work Mode : Work From office (5.5 Days) Roles & Responsibility What You’ll Do - Pitch our services to corporates, cafes, restaurants, real estate companies, and more. - Generate new leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and walk-ins. - Schedule and attend meetings with decision-makers. - Understand client needs and suggest relevant decor solutions. - Work closely with the creative and operations team to deliver client expectations. - Negotiate and close deals, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain follow-ups and client relationships for repeat business. What We’re Looking For - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Smart and confident personality, comfortable with pitching to CXOs - Hustler mindset – should be self-driven and result-oriented - Good academic background; graduates from reputed colleges preferred - Prior sales or business development experience is a plus - Familiarity with cafes, restaurants, and corporate ecosystems in metro cities is a bonus.
