We're looking for candidates with strong communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.     Roles & Responsibilities:   We are hiring for customer support roles:   1. International UK Voice Process:   ·         Handle inbound calls for international customers ·         Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice ·         Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication ·         Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction ·         Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)     Eligibility Criteria:   ·         Education: HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates ·         Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply ·         Excellent communication skills in English (verbal for voice, written for chat) ·         Comfortable working night shifts (UK timing) ·         Must not be pursuing regular education.   Note : Should not have planned leaves for the first 3 months Due to the Training Program, Candidates who have Done with the Final exams and no leaves planned They can also Join With us.
