Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
  • Identify and escalate trends or systemic issues impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve customer experience and loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and processes.
  • Experience working with international customers is preferred.
  • A graduate degree is required for this position.
